Every episode goes through the same five stages. People own the story, the drawings and the voices. AI takes on the work that used to need a large crew.
Our writer leads every script. Claude helps us brainstorm premises and review each draft.
Every character and every storyboard starts as a hand-drawn sketch by our artist.
Image and video models turn our sketches into 3D shots. The team reviews every shot and redoes what does not work.
Vietnamese voices are performed by real actors, including a professional singer. English versions use AI voices.
An editor cuts every episode. Rough assembly and subtitles are automated.
We are not taking client work yet. For now the whole team is focused on one thing: making Pipo & Buro, and building the tools that let a small studio make it well.
Claude helps us write and review scripts, and coordinates the AI agents that handle production tasks. We also use it to build internal tools that take repetitive work off the team, so more of our time goes into the show itself. Next, we are building a studio platform where Claude plans each episode end to end, from outline to shot list.
